🛒 Orders & Shipping
📦 When will my order ship? Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your gear is deployed, you’ll receive a tracking code to monitor its journey.
🚚 What shipping method do you use? We ship exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage. Expect delivery within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
🌐 Do you ship internationally? Not yet. Viper Clothing currently operates within the United States only.
👕 Products & Sizing
📏 How do I choose the right size? Each product page includes a sizing chart. Our gear is designed with a tactical fit—if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort and mobility.
🧵 What materials do you use? We use heavyweight cotton (420g) with custom patch embroidery. Built for durability, designed for impact.
🎨 Will you restock sold-out items? Some drops are limited edition and won’t return. Others may be restocked based on demand. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok for updates.

🔁 Can I get a refund?
Yes, if:

You request it within 14 days of delivery

The item is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags

There’s a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item

💳 How do I request a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
📦 Who pays for return shipping?

Otherwise, return shipping is on you.
🧾 Can I cancel or change my order? Orders can be modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they’re locked in for deployment.
